We place a high standard on who we hire for our summer staff positions. The activities at camp are fun, the skits make you laugh, and the music inspires the heart, but it is the staff that encourage, invest in, and model Jesus for each and every camper. We interview hundreds of college students to hire less than fifty. Our screening process is intense and long, but worth it!
Our staff at Camp Yorktown Bay are truly a unique group of people. We work hard to ensure that each and every one of our staff are well-trained and prepared to provide our guests with an unforgettable camp experience.
